The Lemonary Marrakech Hotel - Ouled Moumen

The hotel looked nice but I was appalled by the distance from Marrakech, 40 minutes? Let's be real. My room was also in perpetual shadow, smelling of humidity. I was hoping for some sort of upgrade, considering the inconveniences. It's as if they think all guests are the same, very disappointing. I almost wrote a nice review, but I just couldn't.

The rooms are brand-new and beautiful, the staff is EXCEPTIONALLY ATTENTIVE. A great selection of great food for meals.

Location: the hotel was near Marrakech. Liked a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and a dining area in the room. The staff were helpful and exceptionally attentive and knew their area.

The location is quite distant from Marrakech's center!!! A 40-minute drive is a hassle, especially if you're used to being closer to attractions!!! Not having more local dining options is an oversight!!!

The serene gardens enveloping the hotel create a perfect oasis for relaxation after exploring Marrakech.

The road leading to the hotel was quite rocky and in need of improvement, made the arrival somewhat bumpy.

For a serene getaway, this hotel shines with fine gardens and a tranquil pool. The really good staff ensure every need is met, especially Imad's attentive service. Rooms are spacious and super clean, complemented by a good terrace. Breakfasts are plentiful and delicious-a great value for an lovely stay!

We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived, with the most comfortable bed making it hard to leave for our fabulous breakfast each day. Enjoying a hammam and lounging by the lovely outdoor pool really helped us unwind. The only thing that caught us off guard was not being informed that alcohol isn't served on the premises, but we managed just fine! 🍽️

Would recommend for a city escape

Very nice service, serene atmosphere, with special thanks to the wonderful staff who provided attentive care, including excellent food and a good infinity pool to unwind after exploring the nearby attractions, which are only a 31 km drive away.

Loved everything.

The staff were cute and genuinely cared about making our experience enjoyable. Watch out for the tricky road access. Navigating with your own car is best.

Loved the infinity pool and 24-hour reception was super helpful. Wi-Fi was spotty.

Recommended for couples looking to relax

We were blown away by the excellent service from the staff they catered to our every need. Imad was like a guardian angel he welcomed us late at night and was constantly checking if we were happy.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but I guess you pay for the experience.

The gardens were lovely, especially imad and nourdine. After a long day in the city, the relaxing atmosphere here exceeded my expectations!

the wifi in the room was not working.

The rooms here are quite roomy and offer lovely views, while the staff is friendly and attentive.

Friendly staff, really good service, clean and beautifully decorated rooms, quiet and peaceful atmosphere, helpful and attentive staff, great value for money.
